50 Cal vs a Running Car Engine

Youtuber 740 Tactical tried out this test and it they shot at an old junk car with its engine running. With only 2 shots they put it out of commission.
Here’s the setup and shot consequences:
The running vehicle was placed at 25-50 yards from the .50 cal.
The first shot was a little high on the engine so it didn’t stop the engine operation.
The second shot was aimed a little lower and it totally put it out of action.
