About four years ago, I saw a link to a YouTube video where a beautiful, pony tailed young woman named Kirsten Joy Weiss shot balloons on the roadside with a .22 rifle while speeding past on the back of a motorcycle. “Wow,” I thought, “where did that girl learn to shoot?!?”
