Second Amendment Foundation receives $38,000 settlement check from City of Seattle over public records request

Our friend and contributor Dave Workman from the Second Amendment Foundation has the story over at The Examiner. Apparently the City of Seattle refused to provide the organization with public records related to its gun buyback program, so the group sued. What is rather amusing is that even the gun control group Washington Ceasefire warned the now-former Mayor that the gun buyback program wasn’t a good idea. Click here for the article.
